30-Day Return Policy
We offer a 30-day no-reason return policy on all in-stock Tesla carbon fiber parts. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
Return Conditions
- Item must be in original, unused condition with all packaging
- All installation hardware and accessories must be included
- Return authorization (RMA) must be requested within 30 days of delivery
- Custom CNC parts are non-returnable unless defective
- Installed or modified parts are not eligible for return
How to Request a Return
- Email support@aerowinghub.com with your order number and reason for return
- Receive your RMA number and return shipping address
- Ship the item back with the RMA number clearly marked
- Refund is processed within 5 business days of receiving the return
Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, we will cover return shipping and send a replacement at no cost. Contact us immediately with photos of the issue.
Refund Processing
Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5 business days of receiving the returned item. Depending on your bank, it may take additional time to appear on your statement.
