Carbon Material Warranty

2-Year Warranty Coverage

All EvWing Hub carbon fiber parts come with a 2-year warranty covering manufacturing defects, including:

  • Clear coat delamination or peeling
  • Structural cracking or splitting under normal use
  • Manufacturing defects in carbon weave
  • Hardware failure (mounting brackets, clips)

What Is Not Covered

  • Damage from improper installation
  • Damage from accidents, impacts, or road debris
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Yellowing from UV exposure (reduced by proper care)
  • Modifications or alterations to the product
  • Damage from harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaning

Warranty Claims

To file a warranty claim, email support@aerowinghub.com with your order number, photos of the defect, and a description of the issue. We will review and respond within 48 hours.
